This Privacy Policy explains how PowerStack ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information you submit through powerstack.us.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- City and state
- Company name (optional) and company size
- Your project description
- Your preferred weekday, time, and time zone for a video call
- Your consent to be contacted and the time you gave it
- Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, and submission timestamp
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry about software consulting and development services, schedule and hold video calls, follow up about those services, and protect our site against spam and abuse.
Where it is stored
Submissions are processed and stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages, Workers KV, and Email Routing) and delivered to our team by email. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site and communicate with you, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless we must keep it longer by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@powerstack.us.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to and deletion or correction of it, to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Send requests to contact@powerstack.us; we may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent.
Opting out
You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe instructions in an email, or emailing contact@powerstack.us.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
